About Hope City Church

Hope City Church is a new life-giving church located in Waterloo, one of the larger cities that make up the Cedar Valley. We are a church plant, that started meeting for corporate worship, September 13, 2015. Since that time God has grown a culturally, ethnically, economically and generational diverse church located near downtown Waterloo. Hundreds of people have found new life in Jesus at our weekend services, and thousands have been impacted by our missional culture. We close on the purchase of our first permanent location this August. Our Waterloo location is located next to East High School and is a 25k square foot facility. Our building is a former Lutheran church, with a gym and full kitchen. While we are beyond grateful for all that God has done in the three years, the future is bright and our hearts are ready. The best is yet to come!
