Frequently Asked Questions

Missional Communities (MCs) are less about what you do and more about who you are with. It can look like a bible study, having dinner with a group of friends, or even playing golf. Groups can be formed using common interests, life stages, or personal growth goals. Members can share fun activities, life-giving conversations, and prayer requests. We encourage every MC to serve in an outreach every semester.

Missional Communities meet for three semesters a year—winter/spring, summer, and fall. During the semester, most groups meet once a week. Small groups bring meaning and community to the flow of your life, so even if you can’t attend every meeting, there is still great value in belonging to a group.

God uses imperfect people to make a difference in the world every day! You don't need to have it all together to lead an MC - you just have to be willing to let God use you!
