Women

Beholding the Beauty of Jesus

Our prayer is that every woman who walks through the doors will encounter God in a personal way, feel encouraged in who she is, and leave feeling empowered to walk out her faith boldly.
Whether you're coming with friends or on your own, we believe God has something beautiful to show you—and you're not going to want to miss it.

"One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple."

 Psalm 27:4

Main Session Speakers

Angela Marshall

Angela Marshall is the Co-Founder of Hope City Church and serves as the Kids Ministry Director. She’s a passionate teacher of God’s Word who helps women fall in love with Scripture and the heart of God. After last year’s conference, Angela felt drawn to Psalm 27:4—“to gaze on the beauty of the Lord.” From that, this year’s theme, Beholding the Beauty of Jesus, was born. It’s an invitation to slow down and see God’s beauty—and how He reflects it in us. Angela brings a raw, real, and passionate love for Jesus every time she speaks. You’ll leave encouraged, challenged, and deeply moved.

Quovadis Marshall

This year, we’re honored to have our very own Quovadis Marshall—affectionately known as Pastor Q—joining us as a main session speaker. While he’s always been part of Women’s Conference behind the scenes (cheering on his “Ride or Die,” Angela, from the production booth, or serving food with a smile), this year, he’s stepping onto the platform. Pastor Q will be teaching on the beauty of Jesus and the cost of that beauty—a message we know will challenge and inspire. We love our pastor, and we can’t wait for you to experience his passion, wisdom, and heart for people.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS

Come and discover the beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, grounded in the truth that our bodies are where He dwells. Through movement, breath, and stillness, we’ll create space to care for our whole selves—body, soul, and spirit—and encounter the peace of His presence. All fitness levels and ages are welcome to attend. Led by Pastor Angela Marshall.

We will never discover who we truly are until we fully surrender to who Jesus truly is and what He’s done for us. This session invites you to explore the beauty found in surrender, sacrifice, and the refining work of God as He shapes us into His image. True beauty comes with a cost—and it's worth everything. Led by Pastor Q.

Speak life over your soul as we explore the power of “I am” statements grounded in God’s truth. This session will help you replace lies with life-giving words that align with your identity in Christ. Led by Waterloo campus Kids Director Jordan Doland.

You are valuable, strong, and worth protecting. In this empowering session, we’ll explore self-defense techniques and self-awareness strategies while anchoring our worth in who God says we are. Led by a Women's Conference Lead Member.

There is beauty in every background, culture, and story. Celebrate diversity and unity in this interactive session that reminds us we’re better together. Led by the Women's Conference Host Team.

Through the lens of photography, discover how to see God's beauty in everyday moments. Whether you're a pro or just snapping with your phone, this creative session will open your eyes to wonder all around you. Led by a Women's Conference Lead Member.

God meets us in our mess and uses it for something beautiful. This heartfelt session will offer space for honest reflection, healing, and hope as we talk about overcoming and redemption. Led by Women's Conference Lead Members.

Day 1

Day 2

TBD

Lead a Women's Group

The conference may last two days, but the community doesn’t have to stop there. We’re looking for women who are simply willing—not perfect—to help create spaces for other women to grow in faith and friendship through Missional Communities. If you have a heart to gather, encourage, and walk alongside other women, we’d love for you to consider leading a Women’s MC after the conference. You never know how God might use your “yes”!

The fellowship, music, conversations, and the shared moments of prayer truly touched my soul. Surrounded by a community of women hungry to deepen their relationship with Christ, I felt a sense of belonging and purpose like never before. The connections I made were more than just surface-level; they were soul-deep, weaving a tapestry of support and encouragement that I know will continue long after the conference has ended.

This year, the breakout sessions were fabulous, hands-on experiences! All the hard work that was put into the planning, prepping, and execution of this weekend's conference was done by everyone in an outstanding job! Everyone who spoke had strong messages that were moving! I loved the Create and Sip workshop and the prayer room where we worshiped. Wish I could’ve participated in all of the workshops. I’m looking forward to next year’s women’s conference!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Woman’s Conference! I left feeling refreshed and my cup overflowing. It was a special blessing because I was there with my daughter and granddaughter. Plus I made a new friend!
